WOW!!! THANKS EVERYONE!!! for me since i have so much to get off..doing mini goals seems to work for me and i dont loose the motivation thats required to get the weight off..so every 20-25 pounds i get off, i reset it and go down another 20-25 making it seem easier to hit...
