Well, back to the old grindstone. Nice start to the workweek at 217 even.
Yesterday was more PC fun times. I had a nice lunch of seafood quesadilla with salsa and avocado on time, nice healthy stuff, tasty and it filled me up. I can eat like that all year long!
Did a bike ride, but my legs were "bonked" I did not have the energy. I can tell when I take off or start my ride, its "pedal, pedal, pedal, rest, rest". I dont know much about biking, but I am learning. I will do some rest during the week, but on the weekends I want to go go go, and this weekend I went too much! In May I did 150 miles, already in June I am at 95. My Friday 25 miler took the wind out of me.
For you runners... how do you rest after a big race or long run? Take a few days off? With my weekends, I would hate to ride long on Friday, and then rest all weekend like a lazy loaf. I will have to rethink my Schedule.
Well, better get to working.. lol
