Iowa Bill, I’m so inspired by everyone’s hard work! I’m definitely sure, that if this kind of forum existed when I was in my late 20’s, I would have done much better on my weight loss journey! At that time, I wasn’t obese , just a bit on the heavier side, but extremely active. But now at 59, I’m finding the inspiration I never got. Even family that , sometimes meant well, couldn’t convince me they truly meant well, but you all? Blow it out of the water! Keep up the great work! Bodalicious!
