Well as of yesterday i was down my 2lbs i gained from binge eating, i never realized i did it until i was watching the discovery channel about eating disorders and i kept thinking holy crap i have tendencies to do those things, hide my eating, the amounts, and i realized that i have done it since i was probably about 9, when my parents got a divorce. So at least im aware that i have a tendency to do it and now i get to control it and keep it in check. The stresses of life are starting to rise again but with my new found knowledge of my eating habits i think its all gonna be okay. Im giving myself until the 17th to lose 5 more pounds. I think setting myself little goals is an okay thing and kinda fun to see if i can come close. well good luck to you and good luck to me hope we all stay on track.
