Well, that is nice!!!
I managed to be able to lose almost 3 pounds this week. Just from weighing myself daily and monitoring what goes in my mouth a little bit closer than I was. I think I am going to keep this up for at least one more week and see if I can continue to lose weight this way. I don't generally recommend this daily weighing thing because you tend to get to caught up in the numbers and not on how you feel. However, that being said I find that I am able to get into clothes that I haven't been able to for years - to me that is big. I bought a pair of pants at the beginning of this diet that were almost two sizes to big. I couldn't even get the buttons close to being done up, they were about 3 inches away from each other. Now I can not only get those pants done up they aren't tight :) Yeah for me keep it up !!!!!!!!!
