So pleased, did turkish get ups today at 26 lbs! The last time I did them, could barely do them with 10 lb weight. Right side is definitely stronger than the left.

Deadlift 21 reps 185, I used 150
wheelbarrow 3 laps - this was really hard for me
deadlift 15 reps at 150
wheelbarrow 2 laps
deadlift 9 reps at 150
wheelbarrow 1 lap

My elbow is really sore, gonna be a problem next week. Also, really wiped out from this workout, tired all day. Had headache post workout, kind of like a whiplash one. Weird. Also, felt really dizzy for a while. One of the hardest in a while.
