Well its been awhile, had a nice vacation and was totally surprised that I was able
to maintain my weight while on vacation, I have to tell you that I ate good and even
enjoyed some great deserts and it all boiled down to not what I ate but the portion
size that I had at each meal, because I had know idea how much calories were in most
of the entrees.
