Hey guys... Been a minute. Thought I'd check in real quick and give a lil update. I hit my goal weight of 180 on may 26th. My before/after shot is from then and my body is continuously improving. Need to update that shot soon.Lol I joined a new gym on Feb 27th and have been doing weight training 6 days a week trying to rally and get as fit and hawt as I can so I can enter my 4O's absolutely blazing this September. Life is soooooo frickin beautiful these days it seems unreal! I gotta run for now but will check back in again soon with more details on how I got to the finish line during my time away.
