So far today I've had an egg white sandwich on whole wheat w/ tomatoes and onions, a banana as a snack and a slice of pizza. I find it very difficult to eat well every day because of the limitations of food when I am at work and when I go food shopping. I'm not a good cook and I work and go to school and never have time to work out as much as I want to or to eat the right foods. Right now I'm just frustrated but hopefully by keeping a journal and really monitoring what I am doing, I will meet the goals I wish to.
