Hi Misty
I know you can quit. I smoked for years and I quit in 1983 when the child of friends died of Leukemia - I rationalized that I was killing myself and that my family deserved better and that Andy had died through no fault of his own. I did it for Andy and I did it for me and my family. Find the strength somehow. You will never regret it.

I’m coming up to my 2 year anniversary of quitting. I was always told you have to want to quit. It was true with me.
I used Champix. It didn’t even take the whole program and I lit one up and put it down. Haven’t gone back.
I was one that enjoyed smoking. I do miss it
Good luck 😉

Well done! My husband stopped smoking about 3 weeks go (after 45 years of smoking!)... it was tough going for the first week, but he says it's much easier now (he still wants to smoke, but the urge is nowhere near as intense).
