After 7 days of absolutely and strict banting, last night I had some bread. Emotional eating! But I will not give up. I did 20 min HIIT in the morning to rid my body of the excess sugar and glycogen. Doing a 24 hour fast, so I have also not eaten today. Only tea (no sugar). The feeling of lose jeans and marbling fat beneath my skin is keeping me motivated. When I fall, I get up and go. No time to waste.
