Currently 5'3" and 123 lbs. I'm working on gaining muscle (or at least maintaining it) while reducing my fat percentage, which I'm finding hard to do! Any tips in how to add more protein to my diet?

I don't know! I just need to add more - I think the majority of my intake is carbs. I eat everything though, so I've got that!

I love to mix some Casein protein powder with a 0% yoghurt some stage before bed. Their is an easy 34 grams of protein under 200 Cal's👌

Casein powder is 24g protein 120 Cal's(bulk nutrients 1 scoop) Chobani is 10g protein and 60 Cal's (170g tub)

Add some almond milk, cinnamon and if your diet allows some oats and freeze and it's the bomb👍

Tuna and salmon, chicken breast are my favorite proteins. Also organic protein powder is a quick addition for a snack.

Wow, you look perfect to me! Hard boiled eggs, homemade beef jerky, canned tuna and steamed chicken are my easy protein options.

Sort of correct Chris, if you have no issues with dairy you can have WPC whey protein concentrate. Considerably cheaper the WPI whey protein isolate WPC contains more lactose which is why if you are sensitive to dairy WPI is the better option. If your not sensitive to dairy WPC is great
