So I haven't been making much progress but glad to say I'm back on track I know I went up and didn't want to record that mishap (look like the NYSE, but I"m down to 128 =) at 30% Body Fat...as my scale says...so I'm reducing my carbs for now, and back to recording and drinking all my water =) I ran a 13.1 mile marathon last Saturday..so I gave myself a couple days of splurging...which was counter productive and rested just until yesterday. Today I inputed my weight and Mr. Fatsecret tells me at that rate I'll be at my goal weight in 5 months..Not really what I was going for because by that time Summer will be over.So Eyeopening to realized I need to Kick it up a notch =)and watch that little dot get closer to my goal weight =)Happy Friday All!!!!
