Got a little side tracked this weekend, but decided to get back on focus today. My husband, however, decided to bring me a caramel macchiato to work and added an extra 300 calories to my day. Ugh it was very sweet, but i did not need that. Im not losing focus though. I am going to try and cut some calories with dinner tonight. Maybe ill drink a shake or something.
