Wow this is about as perfect as I can get! Look at those macros!!! Spot on! 😄😄😄 a lill under calories but I don’t want to mess it up 🤣🤣

Your sodium intake is soooo much better than mine. I've been trying to watch that.

It was a lot of sugar! I ate a mini frosted cookie and a half of a hazelnut snickers and a froozer, which is a frozen puréed fruit bar, plus a few servings of fruit for the day 😅😅 Salt is easy for me to keep low (although that is not my actual amount, I added salt to my veggies) BUT sugar is my weakness!

I'm the opposite my salt is on the high side but sugar is low. Could be lower about 32g per 3000 Cal's. I supplement with potassium and eat potassium rich foods and drink tonnes of water to offset sodium abit.

Wow 32 is very low. Do you not eat fruit? Or just avoid all the processed stuff?

Rarely eat fruit, I miss fruit but just can't work out how to get them in my diet and hit Cal's and macros. tonnes of veg and seeds. Only procesed foods i eat would be my whey and casein proteins,acytle I carintine,creatine and multivitamins. My diet is working for me, lost 4.1kg of pure ugly body fat in 3 weeks and gained 2.7kg of lean mass👊 5 weeks to go until final scan.
