Retaining water. Can feel it in my hands and feet. Has me up 2 lbs. Need to increase my water intake.

Just read an article as I am suffering similar. Reduce salt, drink more walk, walk more , put your feet up (when you're not walking!) Bananas are exellent for it - unfortunately high in C's. So anything with some potassium in it will do the trick.

agree w/ CC - read updated blog. also, i find when i retain water, if i drink a little more frequently - i can push some of it back out of my system.
