Need some opinions on what everyone thinks about artificial sweeteners like Splenda! Good or Bad? I'm not sure cuz there has been so much negativity about them in the news!!
Today was another good day for me!! I did well, I even ate out and still stuck to it. Did an extensive workout this morning and now I am so sore!!!
