Day 5 of second 6 wks. Out of town for Gala event. No exersize, 3 glasses of wine but stayed on Atkins allowed food. Will see what impact all of that had tomorrow morning at weigh in. Life with food is getting much easier.

atkins ive noticed if you go off it for say like 1 day its so easy to get back on yayy go atkins.
