Warm weather, here I come! Leave early tomo morning, so busy today packing & getting ready, but that won't deter me from my scientific adventure staying off sugar, wheat & dairy... for now, & until they're out of my system long enough to test the impact when/if adding them back. I'm not sure if I'll have internet access while I'm away, but I'm back Tues afternoon, so will check in then if not before. And, until then, I'll be staying the course & staying serene as I pray the Serenity Prayer daily (if not more often) --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
