Not eating enough at dinner fut getting home so late-tired-grab something. Will shop this weekend-will eat out more this weekend.
Interesting that I am testing trace ketones lately but still losing weight. I bought some clothes so I have something to wear at this weight--I have 'retired' many of my outfits but don't want to wait until my goal weight in case I don't stay that low and outgrow my new clothes--always a dillema for me.
