This morning I was getting ready for work in a tank top before I put a sweater over it and noticed I have definition in my arms! I was pleasantly surprised, since mostly I check out my abs, butt, and thighs for toning, I hadn't really thought about my arms. It was really great especially since weight was down Friday and Sat, but shot back up Sunday and Monday, stupid chili and cookies! Hope it's water weight and it will come back off quickly but the fluctuations in the scale mess with me a little and I need to realize I am getting stronger and more fit with my workouts and that is more important than I certain number on the scale.
