I had a great weigh-in yesterday, in the afternoon it seemed to lead to my body demanding more food. I guess when I can literally feel hunger on a cellular level then it is time to eat a bit more. Weightlifting went well again, no signs whatsoever of crashing, you'd notice it there 1st.

It seems with weightlifting and dieting together a that you can feel your energy needs on much more intrinsic level. Anyone else ever experience something similar?
