9/16/10 144.2 lb 39.2% body fat. Slow but sure. Seeing how far I can go without exercise, then I'll add it back in. Also cut out alcohol this time (3 mos ago). Interesting experiment that seems to be working. I save calories by not having wine with dinner, not decreasing my willpower when eating out, and not preferentially burning alcohol calories over other food intake. Unfortuntely I'm pretty black or white, I can't just 'cut down', I need to drink or not drink. (Rather boring but, oh well.....)
