Just checking in with you all. I have been here daily, but not journaling like I normally do. I've still been adding my food daily, the good and bad. My problems are improving, and things are starting to look up. I've gotten messages asking if I'm okay, and I am making it. Just doing a little check-in with y'all. I hope everyone is well.
