Well my plan is to weigh in every morning before shower/breakfast...but I slept in REALLY late! I did not get up until 1:30! Well, that was after laying in bed awake until 5:30am. I think that ketosis is starting because I felt like I had caffiene last night (which i did not.) After I test tomorrow I will bump up my carbs for the later half of the day to help with sleep. So, dang...skipped weigh-in, breakfast...but I will try to make up KCAL today. I will only make it through the day with Gods guidance.
