i'm not ususally greatful for rain (i dont like getting wet) especially in the summer when the weather has been soooo good but yesterday on my walk it was a blessing in disguise :0)

Luske (the dog) and i set off after work just like any other day. we decided to take it a little slower as i was going to a concert and knew i would be standing for a long period so didnt want to mess up the back and legs too much when i checked my stats half way i hadnt realised we were moving quite so slow!!! when the heavens opened this def picked up our pace and got the heart pumping so in the end we didnt do too badly. I think Luske must of been a cat in his former life as also hates the rain it makes him grumpy too :0(

looking forward to the folks arriving tomorrow and the hubby has been planning the food for during their visit bless him he is a star **
