This is a pretty significant drop in weight. Not sure if I believe it yet. We will see tomorrow.
Been eating until I am full and hopefully reprogramming my metabolism. Also being more active (read increased activity from sitting most of the time to standing and walking more).
Also, been watchful of sodium intake.
No formal exercise yet. Just moving more since I was extremely sedentary which is not good for blood clots and such.
I have been waking early to do more domestic chores, and going to sleep earlier helps. Been getting about 6 hours +.
Joints are feeling pretty good for no longer taking Naproxen.
