Now down a total of 43 pounds from my starting weight. I have been walking around the block everyday and sometimes twice each day for the past couple of weeks. I was able to complete 2 blocks this morning without stopping...It doesn't seem like much, but I could only walk to the corner and back when I started. So yay for me lol. I will continue with CICO WOE with a focus on getting 60+ grams of protein each day. Have a great day FS Friends!
