Thought I'd retool my weight program(with a need to change my diet). I threw on 40 pounds over a six month period by not paying attention. I've been back on track and lost nine pounds last week. I have no interest in"yo-you" dieting, and truth be told, I lost so much weight so fast that it's going to take time to safely and effectively relate to food again.

Bottom line, I'm in a great place, and I'm healthy. 10 K and Triathlon are in my sights for the first half of the year and a half marathon in the latter part of the year.
