Well i havent gained much but its been a while since i measured myself Given with the Holidays not so bad :) Reduced Body Fat percentage by 1 percent Now at 28. Nothing grand But at least i havent fallen off the wagon. I havent made the best food choices but for now on I need to Wedding is in 147 days :D I will look my best :) Cant wait. Good choices now will result in feeling Awesome :) Happy Friday all and Remember if you've fallen off the wagon get right Back on....it's the only way you'll get the results you want :)
