So I weighed in today still 224lbs but I did lose another inch from my navel so I can't complain. I was worried that I wasn't getting enough fat calories so I ate a tablespoon of coconut oil to boost my fat calories and help me feel a little more satisfied from my dinner. It worked. If I stay the same weight tomorrow I may try to increase my calories a little by adding some more fat because my calories may be too low. We will see what tomorrow shall bring.
