Flex Friday. I know they're not big yet, but I do have some muscle and it's more than I had when I started this journey in August. I'm working on making them bigger, but not too big where I'd look like a female body builder.

Great job! There is an ER dr named Doug McGuff who wrote “body by science” and has great videos on YouTube that I like. He talks a lot about patients he sees. Your comments reminded me of dr mcguff -check it out!
