Yea, first time in my life i didn’t drink water after exercising but no discomfort the next morning. The body can create its own water by breaking down fats and combining the released hydrogen with oxygen from the air (H2O).

You’re doing daily intermittent dry fasting nowadays? Do you track how much water you drink? Or only drink as much as you feel like to?

Always treat yourself with something after exercise, especially long cardio (more than 30mins) and resistance training.
Both types of exercises cause muscle breakdown, muscle tears. If you don’t eat something, the body will heal those tears by breaking down protein from other parts then use it to recover the lost.
Pre workout meal is debatable, but not for post workout meal. Everyone agrees that post workout meal is a must.

Yes, just start my 4th day of Dry IF. During the 6-8hr refeeding, I drink around 2L of liquid including tea and coffee.
Noted on the post workout meal. Just testing out my dehydration endurance and confirm that 'Mind over Body' is indeed possible for this aspect. I felt normal/ well-rested upon waking up at 7am despite heavy perspiration (clothes all drenched) between 6pm to 7pm the previous day.
