Today I decided to try to make a protein shake. I've had this vanilla protein powder since the last time I was on WW and fell off so I wanted to use it. I was surprised because the powder itself smelled so good - I was expecting it to smell bad since it's protein! I mixed 8 oz skim milk, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder in my blender and it tasted like a cinnabon, plus it's only 226 calories. *_* I'm considering making a whole batch of it and keeping it in my fridge for days I don't have time to make breakfast!
