Kinda bummed I didn't walk today, or do any exercise except sit on my butt and watch The Maury Show, but I'll call this my unofficial "rest day" (even though I didn't want a rest day for this week).
My legs above my knees are so achy and sore that it's a struggle to sit down and get up. Not only that, but I currently work in a museum and on Friday, which is my next day back, I have to sit-stand-sit-stand-sit-stand for 7 hours in a row.
So maybe it's good that I took today "off"? Who knows. I definitely feel like I ate more than I should. After dinner I could tell my fuel was running low so I had some grapes, an apple and a jell-o cup and I feel better now. I still feel bad for eating it.
Tomorrow I'll do an exercise DVD or two as I watch the snow gently fall down on the Michigan treetops.

If it makes you feel less alone, I didn't exercise either today. I was up all night with an upset stomach so when morning came around I just wanted to sleep (finally). Slept til noon:30, played computer games with my daughter all day and that's about it. Back to work tomorrow.
That's the thing; We have to forgive ourselves our "oops" days and get back to it the next day.
