Well new science "evidence" has said that the more we eat for breakfast the more our bodies crave all day ! I totally believe this! I ve been having the two porridges 4 breaky and today I pigged out on a chicken (spicey)wrap in a fahajita ! I did throw some of the wrap away though and this was after I ate my egg salad cream(on weight watchers bread) sandwich! I feel really bloated and fed up and haven't been on the scales and now Im stting up my wii to jog all night !!!
