I'm almost at my goal weight, but I still need this stomach to go down. I just pray through body recomposition it'll make it go down. IDK. Maybe my husband is right and I'm just stuck with a belly from having kids, especially the last two big boys. Time will tell, I'm not going to give up, even though I get frustrated.

my gut has not gone down but I am 68 skin is not as elastic I know I have to exercise but my doctor doesn't want me to until I take my next stress test so it's just working in the garden or yard or getting my steps in

Yes, definitely listen to your doctor. Ya, I have some loose skin, but I can tell there's still fat there. I wish it would go down flat. I can't stay in a calorie deficit forever and I don't want to be too skinny. The rest of my body is skinny, but I still have this pudge in the middle. So frustrating.

I'm right there with you. I'm also thinking about maintenance and happiness with my ability to participate in social life. So far, it's good. I'm 2.6 pounds from goal.
