I weigh myself first thing in AM. And I believe that I have hit my first plateau. 5 days weigh-in and the scale is not budging. And nothing has changed. So I looked more closely, and noticed that I would not even be aware I had plateaued, if I had only weighed weekly on Sat. AM. And I would be very pleased I had lost 5.4 lbs the past week. I am only going to post weight to FS, once per week from now on. I wonder what next Saturdays weight will be???? ANYONE WANT TO HAZARD A GUESS? I will continue to average 900-1000 calories this coming week.
