I'm coming to the end of P90X Week 2 today, and I'm already noticing major changes in my body. My strength, flexibility, balance and endurance have skyrocketed in such a short period of time. Muscles are popping out all over the place! I also have to find a different position for sleeping because my bony knees now bang together when I lie on my side. Getting used to living in a slim body is a peculiar and slightly surreal experience, since I've never really been "slim". How quickly it's happening is quite shocking, actually. I really should have taken "before" pictures, so I can compare to how I am at the end of this intense 13 weeks. Maybe I'll take some later today.
