still here... mostly self sabotaging... sick of my own bullshit and not doing much about it. have not weighed in in over 2 mos. so far today is good. eating a healthy breakfast and tracking food.

Have you decided to stop weighing or is it an avoidance thing? No judgement. I've gone actual years between weigh ins myself. Just curious.

I stopped weighing bc I know I haven't lost. I've either gained or stayed the same. I can feel it.

I know the feeling, really. I've weighed between 350 and 450 for most of the last 35 years. I've done a lot of damage to myself during those years, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I'm pulling for you and hoping you'll find a way out of the spiral you're in right now.
