Slept 6.1hrs. Resting BP 122/76 52 early morning BM yes Some of the swelling of legs is going down. They don't feel like the skin is going to burst open today. I was able to do a small amount of waling and about 2 hours on bicycle exerciser this afternoon. Being really careful about salt today. I rinsed and drained the pickled asparagus and I wiped the salt off the surface of the rice crackers. This sounds absolutely ridiculous, but I think I am extremely sensitive to salt due to heart & blood pressure drugs I take.
