A good week this week, at least so far! I've been really good about eating right and getting all my exercise in. (the exercise is usually not a problem) But proud of my sticking to it and making up for memorial day weekend slips!

Congrats. I am still struggling with the exercise part. My weeks are just so packed or I am just beat. Next week is a new week and a new try for me.

yeah it can be tough if things aren't set up for it naturally. the thing that works best for me is routine! get off work go to the gym, gym saturday mornings...and I don't let myself think about it, and its something I schedule things around...so excuses are rare. the downside though is many nights I don't get home until 8 or so... It feels good, making yourself a priority!
