Day 1 Biggest Loser Challenge
How do I feel?
Tired - I am still not caught up on my missed sleep of many years and still exhausted from the 10km walk. Surprisingly, I napped yesterday afternoon and was still able to sleep last night. That is a shocker.
Overwhelmed - Trying to keep everything together at home and at work
Proud - My successful 10 km walk and my recovery time has been very good. I am sore but only the muscles around my hips hurt. Last year I was hurting everywhere. Today is a rest day and tomorrow will be a light walk to get back into exercising.
Off to take a relaxing bath and sleep!
