5/18/11 147.6 lb, 39.9%BF, walked/run 3.5 miles. Oh that dreaded plateau :). I'll get through this. I have hit that space where I am aware that my metabolism has shifted--not feeling well at times of the day--knowing that carbs would make me feel better (in the short term). I am using the hints found hear and on Atkins site--salted almonds, broth, etc...I haven't passed safely through this the last couple of times I began Atkins--this time I will. btw--is it possible that my one atkins bar/day might slow me down?
