I’m back, after a over 2 year hiatus! So a month ago I was Not this heavy but it is what it is. Have to refocus and truly believe I’ll manage to get to my goal of 66kg! Day 1 is intimidating!!! But no better time to start the journey than today! Will lay off the weights and weight training until I’m at least 74kg, will rather focus on cardio and body weight training for now to avoid muscle gain impact on the scale. Wish my luck 🥲

Weight training will increase your overall metabolic burn at rest. Don't stop the weights!!! Eat clean. Lift heavy and incorporate cardio. You got this!
