I have fallen off track a bit with work travel and vacation. I must not give in to the cravings. I also must watch the oops moments.I will research recipes and look over old food journals. I will get things moving in the right direction. Go Girl!

You have been doing really a good work! Losing weight is one thing, and not gaining back is additional work. You did not gain weight back while you are on vacation and travel, so you can excel further once you set your mind!
