3 months ago I set a reminder for today asking myself if I am 146 lbs?! Well no I am not, today I’m 140.8 lbs. !!! Crushed that goal. I’ve been kinda maintaining well, soon I’ll start banging out the workouts. At 140 I wouldn’t think I’d be flabby but yup, probably ate into some muscle and I’m not doing any workouts 🤨so, need to tone up my thighs, arms and stomach. I got this, baby steps, day by day. Vegas vaca countdown: 4 days. 🥳😎
