This morning I woke up at 8:30 am. I managed to get to the gym and walk for 45 minutes. I really pushed my self to increase the incline to 3 twice for 5 minutes each. otherI also tried to maintain a heart beat rate between 130 and 165. I feel good. When I work out I tend to over work myself. I want to keep a balanced view of my health and workout regimen. This will help me to reach my goal without stress and then maintain my proper weight.

The negative side of this morning is that I missed breakfast. I intended to work out first and eat breakfast by 9:45. However, I ran a few errands. When I got home I cut up my mango’s, pineapple, and strawberries to freeze. I used this to make me a fresh fruit smoothie. Since it is almost 1 pm, I may make this an all fruit and vegetable day. I don’t feel hungry but I will make some steamed vegetables to eat in about two hours. I will post how the rest of the day goes.
