No body ever talks about how difficult it is to lose weight long term , being patient is definitely a big factor in this , sticking to your plan even for a week will be difficult but once you stay focused and determined you will see that scale go down and that will be motivation enough , I know for me it really helps with motivation, but remember you don’t just go down on the scale , a lot can cause it to stick around the same few Kganya’s for a while like water and foods that take longer to digest, also you will start losing inches before the scale will start moving, all the luck on the this journey, it’s extremely difficult but definitely rewarding 🙏

Food Prep is key.
You won't eat it if you don't buy it.
Being stuck at weight can be very frustrating. But yes, check your meals, water retention, maybe change up your routine if you are exercising. Don't Push your body until you see the number you want/need to see. I looked better in the 80kgs then I did when I was in the 60s.

I'm so with you just can't get to 79 kgs then I get so depressed but have lost 12kgs so have to push harder we will get there

I’ve been stuck too. But recently I tried the one treat/cheat a day so it’s buying something like a packet of biscuits for the week. But per day after the day and dinner I have 2 biscuits with tea or hot chocolate. Following week might be chips and so on. Also have complete meals and less snacking if you need to snack then only fruit and plain yogurt.
