As we go about our busy days today, let us not forget those who lost their lives 9/11/2001. The 2,973 people who heroically gave their lives that day shall never be forgotten. God Bless America and continue to protect this great nation.
All the weight loss struggles, lack of scale movement, bad eating, good eating, exercise, no exercise....all doesn't really matter in the larger picture of life. We must remember that life if a precious gift which can be taken away from us at any time. Don't let the frustrations of our weight battles overpower what is really important, love of God, family and friends.
While we need to focus on our health, don't become obsessed with the weight loss and let it affect those around us due to our frustrations.
